O.P. [Coming Soon] Contact Types Your DP

I don't really know the point of me making this... but I guess it could entertain people. A script of where someone you are chatting to can type something

"!setDP Hello World"

which in turn would set their DP to the text "Hello World"

Any comments? I have no idea how long this will take.
