You mean in regedit? Those aren't files, those are registry settings.

To backup and remove HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Patchou for example, do this:
Right click "Patchou", select Export and save the file somewhere. Right click "Patchou" again and select delete.

Again, if you mean in the registry, it's ok, the uninstaller could have deleted them.
