I have installed msn live plus and I have a problem.

All run normaly. However, the color panel doesnt function.

Indeed, in the contact list all the nicks appears with colours whereas in a conversation/chat with other people the nick of the person appears with symbols such as : [c=37] or [b]. I dont understand why and how solve this probleme.

Moreover, when I try to use the panel color or shortcuts such as ctrl +k or ctrl +b nothing happened.

I dont understand at all.
I hope somebody can help me.
