when someone starts a conversation with you the the window never pops up or shows up in the taskbar. The only way to know if you recieved an incoming message is if you have notifications on, and if you dont see the notification your screwed.
edit: i think it's a bug of msgplus
after i disabled the tabbed conversations feature, the windows appeared back in the taskbar
