In short:
- Download winhttp.dll and place the dll in C:\WINDOWS\System32 folder (Windows XP, other OS'es use different folder)
- Register the dll as follows: Start > Run... type: regsvr32 winhttp.dll<enter>
- Now if all's good you can use WLM, if not a reboot will solve it.
