My advice, but try what other people said before, as they might work, then try this:
- Exit Windows Live Messenger so it's not running
- Uninstall Windows Live Messenger (Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs)
- Uninstall Messenger Plus! Live (Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs)
- Delete
C:\Program Files\MSN Messenger\ folder
- Delete
C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! Live\ folder
- and the same for Windows Live Messenger
here and install
- Now download the latest version of Msg Plus! Live
here and install
