Setting the refresh rate to 0.01 works, but it kinda jumps. Like it changes every second, but after every other change, it does like a half second change. Gah, its hard to explain. I am sure you'd understand if you tested it out yourself 
. Thats why I am thinking a refresh rate of 1 second might be good .

thanks for the support, unfortunatly i'm going to be keeping the script set to minutes, because of afew factors,
it may update every second for you, but other people will see significantly less then that, up to 6 seconds
another reason is because of chat logs, if you check your chat logs its IMPOSSABLE to read if you have all teh little events of you PSM getting changed every second
thirdly lag, i've had a few minor reports of people saying when other people have my script running, there computer lages alot when updating the psm in there contact list
so basicly, the refreash limit will stay at minutes, because although it is possable to use desimals for less then a minute, its not recommended
