A Lithuanian translation doesn't exist yet and a Lithuanian translation team doesn't exist. So you can make a translation...
But before you start, I advise to read everything there is to read about translating Plus!:

(and don't forget the

The stuff said there is for Plus!3, but it still applies for translating Plus!Live....
