That was probably with the last version of
Messenger Plus! that you used also... The sponsor bundler is an option adware thing that you can install to support Patchou... I myself don't because I don't any search bars/occasional pop-ups and things that can happen as a result of that.
Don't worry, it's not a threat, whether you choose to install it or not.
