Several of my friends had this, they were all slightly technologically impaired, and had no idea what they were doing, it was very hard to tell them what to do over MSN without using remote assistance. Eventually I succeeded in my blind instructions and obviously they had uninstalled it (the tell-a-friend-about-the-virus-i-have message never showed up again. EVER.).
