How did you try to delete it?
Go to Plus! > Preferences > General > Scripts > Online Time or Tempo Online and then select it and remove. You can alternatively just disable it by ticking the Enabled Check box.
Also, you can go to C:\Program Files\Messenger Plus! Live\Scripts and delete the folder of the script you want to get rid of.
Note: Make sure WLM is not running when you do this.
