Hi! i want to create a listbox but i just cant do it!!!

i read the documentation and try adding this

<Control xsi:type="ListBoxControl" Id="Lblserver" Enabled="1" Visible="1">
                <Position Left="20" Top="80" Width="90"/>
         <Caption>Service/Caption>
</Control>

but just dont know how to put the options!! please help meeeee eaaaargg
