Yeah, for a lot of things too, like the <CustomShape> on an element and stuff, you need things like the ArcChunk...

I couldn't implement one either when I tried a while ago.

I also found that this and similar elements were not used in the default Plus! windows (I didn't look extremely thoroughly though)...
