Apply these settings on the router:

Leave protocol as TCP.
Set inside IP address to 10.0.0.1 (because that's what Windows shows as your address).
leave outside IP address to 0.0.0.0 (should work, unless the router is bitchy or you have multiple internet addresses).
Set inside and outside ports to 6346.
