I wouldn't get excited as yet. I highly doubt WLM 8.1 will see a October 30 release. That is on monday, and personally think there's much more testing to be done.
What it COULD be is that Monday could see a more public beta beginning. But yet again, this is only speculation at this stage. Nothing has been confirmed. But i can almost certainly say that Monday won't be the date when it is Officially released (out of Beta)
