) it's coming, slowly, but surely. It's got a nice, user friendly interface, and it's very easy to use. However, seeing as not everything is coded yet, it's not even ready to make windows. That's why it's not released. It's coming eventually though, and it's going to be sweet.
It's much like Microsoft's Visual studio actually. It's really simple to use, and you can easily do what you want without having to figure things the hard way. It's all rather obvious.
