Try scanning your system for virus/spyware/etc. ignore the msgplus sponsor program if you installed it and it comes up. ( 8o|

)
Remove anything else.

If that doesn't work, reinstall msgplus.

EDIT: If reinstalling msgplus doesn't work, reinstall WLM.
