Can you ping any of the websites that don't work? Please post the results and/or the error that it gives. (To ping a site, go to Start > Run > Type "cmd" and press enter > Type "ping hotmail.com" or whatever)
Also, try accessing the site by the IP http://64.4.33.7/ < That's for hotmail.
