Currently i use WinTV32, and WinTV when i want to record something (since WinTV32 cant record, but has
)... both came with my Hauppauge card, i think they make them inhouse. Could use something else, just never really looked

That would mean he needs to change it every time he watches TV on his PC. Because he says it works fine in WLM, so I don't think his video brightness in general is bad.
