I suggest submitting the problem files to
Virustotal.com. Virustotal will scan the files with ~30 top tier Anti-virus and Anti-spyware products and show you the results of each scanner. It is a very nice tool.

If these vendors don't report the files are a problem and Stopzilla does, then I think the Stopzilla results are very suspect. There are a lot of "rogue" anti-spyware tools out there. Some even posing as legitimate tools. I have written an article on
