Weird . I guess its unable to read the registry for some reason. Or maybe you have NO SNIPPETS AT all .

I'm too dumb for not taking that in mind. However i had problems with downloading and running the Interface Tester as i can't find out as to when the download ends . I'll try.except new version in a few hours .
