There is a program to unlock files, it's called Unlocker but at all times you need to make sure wether that file really isn't necessary anymore (use with caution).
The two are:
RollerCoasterTycoon2-dm.exe,Macromedia Studio 8 Full Edition.(Flash Dreamweaver Fireworks)+Keygen.exe
Use command prompt in Safe Mode to delete those files. It will work.
Did you try restarting your PC btw?
