I did a fresh windows install to another partition, to try this option without any programs installed, and it is not working

I only installed all my drivers, WLM and Plus!
So seems it's hopeless situation here. I thought some program might cause that kind of wierdness, but now I have no programs installed :^)

EDIT: version 4.20 fixed it

yay!

EDIT2: only under XP

With Vista still same problem.
