O.P. Messenger Plus! Features menu does not show up
Hi there,
I have Windows Live Messenger version 8 and Plus! 4.11.
On my contact list, when I right click on one particular contact, the "Messenger Plus! Features" menu shows up but the only option available is "Copy email to clipboard," the rest (such as "Open chat log" and "Contact information") are all greyed out.
Again, this is only happening for one contact, the rest are fine!
This only happens from my contact list. If I open this person's window, that Plus! menu shows up with all the options.
Does anyone know why this is happening? Thanks in advance.
