If anyone out there can help me here: I have photoshop 7 but don't really know how to use it. (beginner) i love the program as what i have done so far. But im having trouble with "brushes" i wan't a starburst effect, and photoshop 7 that i have dosn't seem to have it.
Can't find a download for the starburst brush.
