What Nagamasa was trying to point out makes perfect sense... that URL shows he meant
something with folders. Just like you are guessing subdirectories too. And like you said yourself, using slashes in filenames isn't possible anyway.
My guess is that he's looking for a free hoster that gives you something like www.freehoster.com/username as opposed to username.freehoster.com or www.freehoster.com/~dodgystuff
