there you can choose the contact's email and the event and also enter the command that has to be run.
so for your question, choose Contact: PIPPO@hotmail.com, Event: Sign In (or Status Change: Online) and Command: C:\where\the\file\is\PLUTO.EXE

Contactlist Plus! logo>RunIt>Events...
here you can view, create, edit and delete events.
