Thank you for your replies. But the method you suggest won't work, ( I hope I'm not wrong) because I am not interested in region option of windows, but Plus' language. Also, whoever I don't know but someone has moved my thread into this subforum. I was totally wrong before as I put it in Translation Forum. So I am not guilty about it.
