O.P. [RQ]Timstamp in Your Contact's Time?

Would it be possible if the time stamp of the the other participant be in their timezone? If possible, it would be a lot easier to know the time and activities of the contact from another timezone.

For example, I never remember the time in UK or Australia. Knowing allows me to predict their sleepytime, or their lunch time.

P.S Or perhaps it can come in a form of a script?
