Okey, the screenshot says it all. Well.

nr.1 is the typical download window from IE, as you can see, it's trying to download "/" from "help".

nr.2 is the error I get, it says: "Can not download / from help. - Can not open this Internet-area. The actual area is unaccessable or doesn't exist. Try again later."

It's a bit annoying has there are some things I look for in Vista.

It started today, don't know when, but I'd love a resolution for this.
