Edit: a possible cause of error 8008 has been found and fixed. If you have this error, please try to download and install MXSML 3.0 at
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?F...-9674-f752bdca9582 . This library is supposed to come standard on every XP system but it appears it can be damaged for some people.
