Well after doing what you said its gone up too 43kB/s and increasing <3
EDIT: Its gone back down now.
I just found out something wierd thoughn preferences > connection:
where it says bandwidth limiting if i change the upload one to 1 and wait till the download one increases too 4kb/s then i change it back too 0 it will shoot up too 90kb/s
explain.
