O.P. RE: DFI boards compatible with Windows Vista?
The other reason was the quality of the cd. I got a new one now and by now i have properly managed to install Vista completely. I also plugged monitor to regular vga (it was using DVI before), so this could have been one cause also.
Anyway, FX 5200 (and DFI motherboard) seems to be working perfectly.
