I had the same problem, I even ended the process several times to try again and it still did not work.  I then turned off my computer and went to sleep (I was very tired and couldn't be bothered restarting and trying again until the morning).  When I first turned the computer on I ran the setup program and it all worked fine.  I'm guessing all I needed to do was restart my computer and it would have worked like normal.
