I just spoke to the school nurse and she said she gets migraines as well and she has a bottle of Gatorade and it helps restore electrolytes that often cause migraines
my doctor later confirmed an electrolyte imbalance might be the cause and if I keeps working I can stop my Migraine prevention tablet
