If you got Micrsoft Word (2000 or better), you can use the Micrsoft Script Editor. It's built-in in the most packages of Micrsoft Office and can handle JScripts as well as HTML-files. This is the standar path to the file: "C:\Program files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\MSE7.EXE" (MSE7.EXE is the filename for the version that's included in the MS OFFICE 2003)

So, go ahead for a new script editor

Tips! You can also start MSE with this method:

[*]Select VIEW -> TOOLBARS -> WEB TOOLS
[*]Select the -sign in the new toolbar
[*]Close the document in MSE and Word
[*]There you go! Now you can exit Word without exiting MSE (If you skip step 4, MSE also will exit)
