I think, the person's problem is that he/she has 2 accounts.
In one of then, the Plus! Sounds (Emotion Sounds) doesn't work
On the other account, these sounds work.
He/She wants to solve this problem
Sorry if I understood it wrong...
Just some questions to help us to make the "diagnostic":
1) What versions of Plus! and WLM are you using?
2) What "Windows" (or other program) do you use?
3) Do you use any patches/plugins?
4) When the problem occours, it appear some error? What one, if it appears?
