Sorry to hear you lost everything, but I said (in PM) to only try that when deleting those other two folders failed to solve it. Reading your posts you didn't deleted those two folders, but tried all kinds of things (restoring old directories, etc)... And in the post were I state how to erase _all_ data of Messenger it is also stated that _everything_ will be cleared :/
Don't worry, I'm not bothered about it, I knew I was going to lose everything, it's no worry.
I sent an email to WLM Support.
