Tablet pc = pc with touch-monitor which can be handled like a piece of paper/book. It is like a big PDA.

I think they were looking for ways to get the tablet and monitor in one package, but not as a separate PC, more like a graphics tablet that you attach to your PC. So I guess you could buy an LCD and this and you would have a graphics tablet that also shows what you're drawing.

Children try, fail, and then try again, and succeed - maybe on the second, or even fifth retry. But the thing is that they keep at it and overcome the problems in the end.
