windows start up screen; three login names to choose from.

MUM: ADMINISTRATOR; forgets her password after newly changing it.
long story short, i use mums "section" and no one can login.
i
know there is a way around the password. ive seen it done by my mums, friends, husband. but he's working in japan at the moment.
