Unfortunatly it isn't so simple as that. Contacts can have "/" in their name too for example.
If you limit the use of the word wheel to tie Plus! to strings starting with "/" you will loose that functionality. Although, it must be said, who wants to search for a contact who has "/" in their name
. Nevertheless, such things should be thought about (which Patchou surely will if he likes the idea and wants to implement it)...

Why? Suggestions should go in the "Messenger General Talk" subforum.
The beta section is mostly for reporting errors in beta versions. There is also a suggestion subforum but that's more for beta related stuff...
