O.P. Plus always asking for ecryption password even if not checked.
If you go to the LOG ENCRYPTIONS page you will see the default settings.

Size of encryption [640]

New encryption Password [_____________]

[Change Files Password]

Leaving all these options the same and ONLY! changing the encryption size to ANY OTHER number ... msgplus will NOT! allow you to continue click OK or APPLY unless a password is entered.

Change the encryption size to ANYTHING ELSE then click APPLY/OK
