What do you mean with "help files for making a script"? The
scripting documentation download link has no problems at all and you shouldn't have any trouble downloading it.
As far as I know, the nudging strength cannot be changed using a script. I doubt there's any setting which defines the strength, I guess it's just built-in.
And last, please don't cross-post (
riceonroute66's reply to Wich Scripts for Vista). Keep your question in the same topic unless it's highly related. This issue has nothing to do with Vista (unless you can clarify your question a bit more and tell us exactly what isn't working).
