RE: Selling domain for as low as 1$
Keep the domain, put some banners on there if you want (like those parked domains), and just let it expire. You'll most likely end up with more than $1.
Even if i would buy the domain from you for $1, i still must pay my registar to extend it for a year if i want to transfer it to my account. Which will cost me an additional $10 or so. And i highly doubt anybody who's nick/name isn't Discrate will have a purpose for a domain like discrateweb.com.
