I have just thought that, Sunshine's method can be used as a start point of this new feature. Plus! can set status to Busy, like the
current case when Configuration Wizard is launched,
which I don't like the working shape of it, when recording starts and again set previous status when recording is stopped. But Plus! additionally has to check "Don't play sounds when my status is 'Busy'" option temporarily in General Sound Options of Plus! even if it isn't checked. And only one limitation will occur here, which is status won't be set to Busy when people Appearing Offline so external sounds of Messenger may still interfere to emotion sounds at this time.

No, it will be mandatory for all people, i.e., no option for it, like the case of Configuration Wizard. Those weird people who may want to record Messenger sounds can still record them through either WLM's Options window or MsgPlus! Sound Library.

MsgPlus! is not supposed to make every thing avaliable which people may want in their messengers, but yet MsgPlus! is supposed to be user friendly and such an easy automatic disable option mustn't be very avoidable thing, I think. Please download random sounds occasionally, you will probably hear some Messenger sounds in them.
