Correct. If I remember correctly, you can change your nick/psm maximum 10 times per minute, but it's recommended to keep the interval above 15 seconds. Going below 10 seconds can cause your Messenger generating lots of annoying error messages. This problem already appeared when countdown scripts came up and a higher interval was the final solution.
