I Can't Drag and Drop in WLM

I'm unable to drag and drop files into my conversation window. Reinstalled both WLM and Messenger Plus, and I've disabled all scripts...any suggestions? I'm running 32 bit Windows Vista Ultimate.

EDIT: I've also used Mess Patch just fyi. Thanks.
