O.P. Messenger Plus does not get loaded after closing computer

Hello Everyone
I got no problem ton install Messenger Plus and in works in MSN Messenger. But once I shut my computer and then restart it, when I launch Windows Live ;Messenger, then Messenger Plus has disappeared from the toolbar and I have to reinstall it completely.
I have Vista family premium ed. and the last version of Windows Live Messenger.
How can I solve this issue ?
