First tip: never ever post your email address in public unless you want a massive amount of spam in your mailbox (this wont happen at once, but over a longer period of time this email address will be picked up by a lot of spam bots)

It could well have been pure coïncidence.
Nevertheless, if it was really you who clicked on a winning pixel and it was registered (and it was registered because the server returned "26 prizes left", if the connection died before that the server wouldn't returned "26" but "27") then Patchou can check the logs for your Windows Live ID and you still would recieve your prize.
For this, you must do what is explained in the rules/help pages on the contest window: Send an email to
contest [at] msgpluslive.net and explain the situation (in English)....
