What about telling people who want individual heat maps to request them off a site, then generating a
one time link and emailing it to them.
That way, only they have the link and the image is generated

The users would have to be requested to save the image because generation of the image again wouldn't be done
The file name and the link would be a random string and the image would be deleted once shown once.
How does that sound?
